I performed Finnian's Rainbow Jr. as Rosa and ensemble at Folsom Academy of the Arts. I performed a shortened version of the show at Junior Theatre Festival and was awarded Excellence in Music. Finian's Rainbow Jr. follows Irish immigrant Finian McLonergan and his daughter Sharon as they bring a stolen leprechaun's pot of gold to America's mythical Rainbow Valley, intending to bury it near Fort Knox to make it grow, leading to magical chaos, romance with sharecroppers Woody & Susan, and clashes with a bigoted Senator over land and civil rights, all while the leprechaun Og chases them to reclaim his treasure before turning human.
